Order Matching & Fulfillment
The process of filling work orders raises many questions: Which medical
professionals are available? When can they start? Will they
be going into overtime? And, are their credentials up to date? Once
you enter
an order into Clearview TSS, the system goes to work evaluating
each medical professional's profile, searching for the best match.

Clearview
TSS then returns a list of qualified medical professionals and ranks
each one of them from
most favorable to least favorable
for the assignment. The higher the candidate's ranking, the
closer the
match is to the criteria specified in the work order.

back
to top Each Medical
Professional Is Ranked Based On The Following Matching Criteria:

Preferences - Tells you what medical professionals are preferred
at the facility vs. those medical professionals
who may have been asked not to return (DNR'd).
- Licenses - Warns you of any credentials that might be expired as of the date
the shift
is to be worked.
