6.5 Features
The
latest release of TSS brings you many new time-saving enhancements,
increased functionality, features and improvements. Many
of these new conveniences and features were included based input
from
everyday users like you. We’re ever mindful of your needs
and are continually forging ahead to make the greatest medical
staffing software even more convenient and useful. And as always,
one of the best things about new versions of TSS is that that
you won’t have to take your agency’s time to
install new software. The new features are ready for you
upon release
without all the hassles of traditional software upgrades.

Temps
Shared Temp Regions – Share profile information and schedule Temps across multiple regions. Great for those Temps who are able to work outside of their home region.
Zip Code Proximity Tool – From within the Search field(s) of the Temp Manager, you can match Temps and Clients based on zip code proximity.
Intelligent Multi-Tier Search – Create searches based upon multiple attributes and access vital information in Temp records faster and more accurately. From the Temp Manager, under the search drop-down, click the “and” link to add a new search criteria.
Last Scheduled Dates – A new display column on the Facilities tab lists the “Last Scheduled Date” for Temps.
View Scheduled Hours On Temp Calendar – On the left side of the Temp calendar, you can view the total “Scheduled Hours” ( S ) and total “Paid Hours” ( P ) by week or month.
Permanent Availability Displayed – Permanent availability for Temps is now more conveniently displayed at the top of the monthly availability Calendar.

Temp Access
Temp Access Report – Run a report that identifies which specific Temps are able to login and access their profile and schedule on-line.
Permanent Availability Displayed – Permanent availability for Temps is shown on the monthly availability Calendar.
Temp Messaging – When a Temp sends a message from within Temp access, a notification will alert the user by showing up on the TSS main page.
Temp Access Permissions – Additional e-mail notification options and Temp access permissions have been added.
Track Temp Schedule Notes – Improved ability to add and track schedule notes from Temps. |

Clients
Zip Code Proximity Tool – From within the Search field(s) of the Client Manager, you can match Temps and Clients based on zip code proximity.
Intelligent Multi-Tier Search – Create searches based upon multiple attributes and access vital information in Client records faster and more accurately.
Temps Tab – With the addition of this new tab, you can go into each Client record and set the Status (Preferred, DNR'd, Oriented, etc.) for each of your individual Temps at a particular Client.
Calendar Hours Enhanced – On the left side of the Client calendar, you can view the total Hours Scheduled (S) vs. the total Hours Billed (B) by week or by month.
Client Contact Search - From within the Search field(s) of the Client Manager, you can type in the name of the contact you are seeking to return a list of Clients who have contacts that match your search criteria.

Orders
Query Within A Query – From within a single Work Order query, you can query an individual Temps calendar to offer them multiple work order and assignment choices within a single view.
New Query Display Pop-up & Faster Speed – Query results now display in a pop-up box / The Query status link is displayed at a faster rate of speed / Order details now display at the top of query pop-up screen.
Save & Query – From the Order entry page, you can now click “Save and Query” to run queries faster on new or existing orders.
Floor Manager – Within the Client Settings tab of each Client record you can create specific facility floors and associate each one with a particular specialty.
Paid & Billed Info - From within a Client and/or Temp Calendar, you can view paid and billed information by rolling your cursor over the Work Order summary information.
View Journal Entries – A new link has been added to the Void / Cancel Work Order screen that allows you to view all journal entries that are related to that specific order.
“Specific Dates” Pop-up Calendar on the Order Form – Significantly improved to allow you to view “Previous 4 Months” and “Next 4 Months”. Also allows you to enter virtually an unlimited number of Work Orders at a single time.
Standardized Layout for E-mails - All Work Order e-mail confirmations are now in a standardized format.
Faster Confirmation Manager – Confirmation page has been enhanced to load and save at a faster speed.
Smart Search – Complete re-design on the order entry screen improves performance and helps you enter Work Orders faster because you can identify your Client and Temp faster. Type the first few letters of the Client name and hit the tab key. |

Long-Term Orders
Long-Term Order Journal – Documentation (entered by, filled by, time and date stamp, etc.) for Long-term orders entered in TSS now appears in the journal.
Long-Term Query Enhancements – Enhancements have been made to long-term queries for the Temp information screen. You can query long-term orders by residency state, preferred state, permanent state, or temporary state.

Rates
“Valid Date” Ranges for Rate Groups – You can now assign “valid date” ranges that are client-specific for each Rate Group.

Three-Level Sorting – Now you can sort invoice line items by three levels (previously two) to gain even more control over the look and feel of your invoices.

Tasks
Task Management System – Redesigned Task Management module allows you to create “user groups” so that tasks/activities can be assigned to either individuals or to multiple individuals at a time. User interface has been improved to increase performance and usability.
