As soon as an order is entered in Clearview TSS, the system automatically knows the appropriate pay and bill rate to apply. At the end of your pay period, these rates are then multiplied by the actual hours worked for each shift to produce the correct pay and bill totals.

With your agency's timecard information reconciled, you can then print and/or export your Payroll data to your payroll software. You can also print custom invoices directly from Clearview TSS and then export the Invoice information to your accounting software to manage A/R. In addition, you can print checks directly from Clearview TSS, with the optional Check Printing Module that integrates directly with the system.
