Messaging
The Messaging area of TSS gives you an effectual way to rapidly communicate with
your Clients and Temps through mass distribution email or printed form letters.
The List Manager allows you to quickly create lists either manually or with a
robust query screen that provides you with extensive selection criteria. You
even have the ability to create dynamic lists whose members automatically change
based on your selection criteria, and you can always filter and update the lists
at will.
Design and create email and print templates with ease using the Template Manager.
Templates even support HTML text and give you the ability to edit the templates
at the HTML level. Emails may then effortlessly be sent through TSS and form
letters printed directly from the system. Mailing labels may also be exported
to Excel. Security settings within the Administrative area also allow you to
limit access to the Messaging area on a user-by-user basis.
